Book Wall Rotunda

The "Book Rotunda Library" is a small library located on Gökçeada Island, specifically designed for children. It draws inspiration from communal spaces characteristic of the hunter-gatherer era, with an emphasis on lightweight construction and functional elements. Feedback led to the idea of using bookshelves as the main support, resulting in the creation of an oval bookshelf that enhances the airy structure and contributes to a friendly atmosphere for gatherings. This design allows for easy disassembly and meets the requirements of the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme).
